1. The Balance Guarantee

No room left in the doghouse

The hot upstairs bedroom. The freezing back office. Nobody can sleep in the guest room. You've lived with rooms that never quite matched the thermostat — and you've been told that's just how it is.

It isn't. When we design your system, we don't drop in a box and hope. We size your ductwork room by room so your whole home holds together. We guarantee no living space sits more than 3°F from your thermostat setting — and if a room ever falls out of line, we come back and fix the airflow at no charge to you. Ducts, dampers, registers, whatever it takes. Your comfort isn't an afterthought here. It's the whole point.

The fine print

Measured at thermostat height, center of the room, interior doors open, after 30 minutes of runtime. Applies to conditioned living spaces; excludes garages, attics, and rooms added or remodeled after installation, as well as sunrooms and heavily west-facing glass rooms. Requires annual maintenance and that the home's structure remains unchanged. Valid for the life of the system you own.

2. The No-Lemon Guarantee

You invested in a new system. You should get one — not a repeat repair on a unit that was flawed from day one.

If the compressor in your air conditioner or the heat exchanger in your furnace fails from a manufacturing defect within the first 5 years, we don't just patch it and send you on your way. We replace the entire outdoor unit — or the whole furnace — with new equipment. No cornering, no runaround, no "let's try one more part."

The fine print

Applies to systems installed by Barker, registered within 60 days of installation, and maintained per manufacturer and Barker guidelines. Covers manufacturer defect only. Labor and permit terms per your original agreement.

3. The Straightforward Price Guarantee

No bones about it

You deserve to know the number before you say yes — not after the work's done and the invoice surprises you.

You'll see the exact price up front, to the dollar. No surprise add-ons. No "well, while we were in there" charges. No fine-print fees waiting at the bottom of the bill. The number we quote is the number you pay — and if we ever start work without quoting it first, that work is on us. You stay in the driver's seat the entire time.

The fine print

Applies to the agreed scope of work. If we uncover a hidden condition — a code issue, concealed damage, something unsafe — we stop, show you the options and the costs, and don't touch it until you say go.

4. The Watchdog Tune-Up Guarantee

We sniff out trouble before it bites

You did the right thing by keeping your system maintained. You shouldn't get punished for it with a breakdown weeks later.

So here's our promise: if your system breaks down within 6 months of a Barker tune-up, we credit the full cost of that tune-up toward the repair. You already paid for peace of mind once. We're not about to make you pay for it twice.

Applies to the system we tuned. Excludes damage from misuse, power surges, or unrelated failures. Credit applies toward repair performed by Barker.
