  • Decrease energy costs: with regular maintenance, your AC can do a better job at keeping your home cool with less energy
  • Less cleaning: a clean home can be difficult to achieve with a dirty air conditioner. When you choose to have your AC cleaned and maintained regularly, the system stays cleaner which means less dust blowing into and around your home

Client informed us they had a second hvac system that was not scheduled for. Client asked us to check bottom system. Changed 1 of 2 return filters, second filter was removed and client informed us that he will buy the correct size filter. First filter was located behind rack dresser, we informed client that it would hurt the health of the system and moved it away from return grill. Used MQ to check AC condition, capacitor with tolerance range, cleaned condenser. System received an F in MQ, 54. Opened evaporator coil to inspect condition, found to be very dirty and rusted at the pan and bottom of the evaporator. Returning ducting very dirty, black deposits seen on insulation where leaks are. 1. Perform a 20-point complete precision tune up on A/C 2. Perform safety inspection on water heater 3. Perform safety check on smoke detectors & CO detectors 4. Clean air filter, con

Performed a double unit spring maintenance. One ac is our install from 2020, working well! Amp draws in range, temp split in range, capacitor in range. The other unit is a 2017 Payne R410a condenser, working decently. The inrush amps on the compressor were at 121/109. I brought this up with the owner and talked about how a hard start kit would remedy this, her son recognized that this is probably why their lights flicker when it that ac turns on, good catch! She decided to add the hard start, installed and cycled unit again, amps now at 70/109. Much better rating for the outdoor conditions.
