Barker Heating & Cooling is your companion for a healthy home and as such we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for you as well as our employees during these trying times. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 corona virus outbreak according to the guidelines of the CDC. As we see the events unfold all over the news right now we wanted to make you aware of what we are doing to ensure you have continued five-star service from us.
Our commitment to your protection:
· Daily check-ins on our team’s health. Anyone with symptoms of illness are being provided with the time off to get healthy and keep others healthy.
· Minimize contact amongst our team. All meetings are now being done over the phone instead of face-to-face.
· On-site sanitation and safety procedures. Wearing disposable gloves and shoe covers while working is a part of our standard procedures.
· Prevent cross contamination. Employees have been trained on how to properly remove and discard gloves. Vans are being wiped down in between jobs.
· Be a resource to our clients. We are here to answer any questions you may have.
